About Me
As a former alcoholic, I stood at deaths door hundreds of times. I could not find any purpose or meaning in the daily 9-5 workday. I thought I was crazy. Through Sponsorship and a program of recovery, I was able to change my habits and behaviors and quit drinking. I vowed I would learn to love myself and would become the most successful version of myself that I can be. By doing so I was able to start over at age 35 and create a fulfilling, purpose driven existence. My goal is to share my tools and experience with holistic living to help others who want to change their life or redefine who they are.
